1. Extensively trained and highly qualified professional sales engineers that market and sell in both the commercial HVAC and Architectural markets
• The main function of the sales engineers is threefold:
• Work closely with design and specifying engineers and architects throughout the inception and design phase of projects
• Service and sell to the various contractors at the construction phase of a project
• Provide after-sale support to architects, engineers, and contractors
  
2. Detail oriented take-off and estimating department
3. Highly qualified staff of inside sales support to support and supplement the activities of the sales engineers
4. Professional account executives to support all sales and marketing functions
